TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Citrine - Clear bright
Aroma: Of good intensity, with notes of tropical fruit such as mango, passion fruit, pineapple with asparagus in the spotlight. Barrel notes to add complexity
Flavour: Intense, fruity and fresh with volume and greasiness and pleasant vegetal final notes reinforcing its freshness. Very good final persistence
Food Pairing: Great for gastronomic pairings, fatty fish dishes in the oven or on the grill and also white meats. It should be consumed at 12ºC
