VINIFICATION
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC

STAGE
10 months in French Oak barrels and later stage of 24 months in bottle

14%

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Ruby - Clear
Aroma: Of good intensity with the presence of rip red fruit, jam and spices with highlighted black pepper
Flavour: Fruity and fresh, structured with well present notes of black pepper, with a very good final persistence
Food Pairing: Great to accompany dishes with an intense flavour and well-seasoned, especially meats. It should be consumed at 16ºC
