In May 2014, Adega Cooperativa do Cartaxo’s Bridão Reserva Tinto 2011 and Bridão Private Collection 2012 won two gold medals at one of the most important events in the wine world, the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
For the second year running, Adega do Cartaxo was recognised as an outstanding SME by the IAPMEI.
The quality of our wines continues to receive great recognition.
Bridão Syrah won the Commended medal at the International Wine Challenge. Many of our wines also won a bronze medal. Once again, Adega Cooperativa do Cartaxo saw its quality and rigour recognised.
In the last International Wine Spirit Competition, Adega Cooperativa do Cartaxo won the First Gold Medal for Desalmado wine. It also won five Silver Medals and one Bronze Medal.
The Adega Cooperativa do Cartaxo wines Bridão Tinto 2012 and Bridão Branco Reserva 2014 won two silver medals while the Bridão Colheita Tardia 2013 won the Great Gold medal.
The Bridão range is expanding to include a new wine.
Despite having been in the wine trade for 60 years, Adega do Cartaxo continues to surprise.
In May, Bridão Clássico Branco was awarded the Good Buy medal by Revista de Vinhos magazine. Adega do Cartaxo has been honoured once again for a wine that is increasingly sought after by the general public.
Adega do Cartaxo has won another international award, this time at one of the most prestigious international competitions: the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, which was held in Italy between 1 and 3 May and honours the best wines from around the world.
2015 has barely started and Adega do Cartaxo continues to be honoured with countless prizes and distinctions.
On 13 February 2015, Adega Cooperativa do Cartaxo was presented with the “Cooperative of the Year 2014″ award by Revista de Vinhos magazine.
