WINES

Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca, Alicante Bouschet and Tinta Barroca

Soil type: of clay-limestone nature.

Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.

Stage: 6 months in second-fill French oak barrels, followed by 9 months of bottle aging.

Winemaker: Eng.º Pedro Gil.
