Colour/Appearance: Ruby - Clear
Aroma: Of good intensity with a mixture of red fruit and very ripe wild fruit, mint, eucalyptus and light notes of vanilla
Flavour: Intense, fruity and fresh with volume and greasiness with sweet and silky tannins to give body. Final notes of mint and eucalyptus reinforce its freshness. Very good final persistence
Food Pairing: Great for gastronomic harmonization, all kinds of meat dishes in the oven or on the grill and always well-seasoned. It should be consumed at 16ºC
