VINIFICATION
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.

STAGE
8 months in French Oak barrels and later stage of 9 months in bottle

ALCOHOL/VOLUME
14,5%

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Deep garnet - Clear
Aroma: Intense, fruity with a mixture of fruits and flowers like cherry, sour cherry and violets, showing good complexity
Flavour: Intense, fruity, soft and balanced with a long and persistent finish
Food Pairing: Great to accompany red and well seasoned meat dishes. It should be consumed at 16º to 18ºC
