Colour/Appearance: Ruby - Clear
Aroma: Intense and complex, dominated by notes of red fruits and wild berries, jam, jelly and tobacco
Flavour: Intense and fruity with powerful but round and sweet tannins, well structured, providing a persistent and long finish
Food Pairing: Great to accompany intense flavoured dishes, especially meats and cheeses. It should be consumed at 16ºC
