VINIFICATION
Destemming and crushing, pelicular pre-fermentative maceration at about 20ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Pale pink - Bright clear
Aroma: Good intensity with a mix of wild and red fruits and a vegetable touch
Flavour: Fruity, soft, fresh and balanced with a pleasant and persistent finish
Food Pairing: Great to accompany cold salads, pasta, white meat dishes, fish and seafood. It should be consumed at 12ºC
