TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Garnet - Clear
Aroma: Good intensity with notes of red fruits and very ripe wild fruits, with a touch of black pepper
Flavour: Fruity, smooth and fresh with sweet tannins to give it body. Pleasant and persistent finish
Food Pairing: It pairs well with all types of meat dishes and always well seasoned. It should be consumed at 16ºC.
