VINIFICATION
Grapes harvested in a high state of ripeness, destemming and crushing with maceration in a pneumatic press, full use of the must. Clarification and alcoholic fermentation for 2 days at 16ºC. Smothering with wine spirit at 77º and fermentation stop.

STAGE
For 4 years in storage and 12 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters each.

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Amber - Clear bright
Aroma: Intense and complex with notes of candied fruit, raisin, honey and light vanilla
Flavour: Intense, sweet and fresh with body, volume and greasiness
Food Pairing: It can be drunk as an aperitif with ice and lemon or paired with all kinds of sweet desserts or fruit. It should be consumed at a temperature of 11ºC
