VINIFICATION
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.

STAGE
8 months in French and American Oak barrels and later stage of 9 months in bottle

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Deep garnet - Clear
Aroma: Good intensity with well-marked red fruits, black plum, jelly, vanilla and toast
Flavour: Fruity, soft and balanced with good volume, round tannins, persistent finish with final notes of vanilla and toast
Food Pairing: Great to accompany intense flavoured dishes, especially meat. It should be consumed at 16ºC
