Vinification: Mechanical harvesting, total stemming and crushing. Cold maceration for 3 days with non-saccharomyces yeast and subsequent classic fermentation at 16ºC with short maceration for 3 days.

Aroma: Good intensity and complexity with notes of ripe tropical fruit, white flowers, candied orange, peach, quince and a final touch of honey
Taste: intense, fruity and fresh with volume and unctuousness, evolution with the presence of fine tannin and salinity reinforcing its freshness. Finishes long and persistent.
Relationship with Gastronomy: An ode to gastronomy, ideal to accompany white meats and fatty fish. taking each experience to a new level. It should be consumed at a temperature of 12º ºC.
