Colour/Appearance: Deep garnet - Clear
Aroma: Of good intensity with a mixture of wild fruits, violets, pepper and with final notes of vanilla
Flavour: Intense, fruity, fresh and balanced with good notes of barrel
Food Pairing: Great to accompany intense flavoured and well seasoned meat dishes. It should be consumed at 16ºC
