VINIFICATION
Destemming and crushing, pelicular pre-fermentative maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC.

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Citrine - Clear bright.
Aroma: Fruity of good intensity with notes of tropical fruit, citrus and vegetal touch.
Flavour: Fruity, fresh and balanced with final vegetable notes that reinforce its freshness. Good final persistence.
Food Pairing: Great to accompany various fish, white meats, cold salads and pasta. It should be consumed at 12ºC.
