WINES

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Soil type: of clay-limestone nature.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Stage: 10 months in French Oak barrels and later stage of 9 months in bottle.
Winemaker: Eng.º Pedro Gil.
