TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Citrine - Clear bright
Aroma: Of good intensity and complexity with notes of rip tropical fruit, mango, apricot and linden, all very well harmonized with notes of coconut and some notes of vanilla
Flavour: Fruity, intense and fresh with volume and unctuousness, textured, harmonious and with a persistent finish
Food Pairing: Great with pasta and fat fish dishes, grilled or baked. It should be consumed at 12ºC
