Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tinta Roriz, Alicante Bouschet, Merlot e Castelão.

VINIFICAÇÃO
Total destemming, crushing, maceration for 5 days with fermentation temperature control at about 26ºC

STAGE
12 months in French oak barrels, extra fine grain, and later 24 months in the bottle

15%

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Dark Ruby, almost opaque grenade.
Aroma: Intense with initial notes of ripe berries, gooseberry and jam, with black pepper, together with very complex notes of chocolate.
Flavour: Intense with berries well present, deep, complex and of good structure. Excellent evolution in mouth to spicy notes, long finish with cocoa notes.
Food Pairing: Great to accompany dishes with intense flavor, especially meats. It should be consumed at 15ºC.
