Colour/Appearance: Ruby - Clear
Aroma: Presence of wild berries such as blackberry and raspberry, jam and vanilla
Flavour: Fruity of good intensity, fresh with good structure. Long, persistent finish with vanilla notes
Food Pairing: Great to accompany red and well seasoned meat dishes, including hunting meat and traditional Portuguese cuisine. It should be consumed at 16ºC
