D.O.C. do Tejo Red 2017
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Castelão, Syrah, Trincadeira, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Stage: 10 months in French Oak barrels.
Colour: Intense garnet colour;
Aroma: Of good intensity with a mixture of wild fruits, violets, pepper and with final notes of vanilla.
Flavour: Intense, fruity, fresh and balanced with good notes of barrel;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany intense flavoured and well seasoned meat dishes. It should be served at 16ºC.
