Grape Varieties: Castelão, Trincadeira and Tinta Roriz.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Flavour: Soft and balanced, harmoniously coupled with wood providing a persistent finish;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany red and well seasoned meat dishes. It should be served at 16º to 18ºC.
