Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, medium maceration for 3 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 21ºC.
Colour: Red violet;
Aroma: Intense of forest fruits.
Flavour: Fruity, fresh and delicate
Food Pairing: It goes well with well seasoned meat dishes and it’s perfect for piglet dish. It should be served at 8ºC.
