Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Merlot and Caladoc.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Aroma: Intense with red fruits notes;
Flavour: Intense with red fruits, soft and with a persistent finish;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany strong and well seasoned dishes. It should be served at 16º to 18ºC.
