Grape Varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Stage: 8 months in French Oak barrels and later stage of 9 months in bottle.
Alcohol/Volume: 14,5%
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Clear;
Colour: Deep garnet;
Aroma: Intense, fruity with a mixture of fruits and flowers like cherry, sour cherry and violets, showing good complexity;
Flavour: Intense, fruity, soft and balanced with a long and persistent finish;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany red and well seasoned meat dishes. It should be served at 16º to 18ºC.
