GRAPE VARIETIES: 80% Fernão Pires, 20% Arinto

VINIFICATION: Destemming and crushing, pre-fermentation skin maceration at around 10ºC. Fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels with 3 months of lees stirring.

SOIL TYPES: Clay-limestone soils

Alcoholic strength by volume: 13,50%

TASTING NOTES:
APPEARANCE: Clear and bright
COLOUR: Citrous
AROMA: Intense aroma of exuberant, complex tropical fruits, including banana, pineapple, mango and passion fruit, combined with slight vanilla notes.
TASTE: Fruity, intense and fresh with a long, harmonious and lingering aftertaste.

FOOD MATCHING: Ideal with hearty, complex and well-seasoned fish dishes. Must be served at around 10ºC.
