D.O.C. do Tejo White 2019
Grape Varieties: Arinto, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing, peculiar pre-fermentative maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC.
Appearance: Clear bright;
Aroma: Intense and complex, suggesting tropical fruits, citrus fruits and vegetable notes;
Flavour: Intense, fresh and balanced with tropical fruits well present, with vegetable notes with good persistence and final harmony;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany salads, pasta, fish dishes and white meats. It should be served at 10ºC.
