D.O.C. do Tejo Red 2017

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Castelão, Tinta Roriz, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah.

Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.

Stage: 3 months with French oak.

Alcohol/Volume: 14%

Appearance: Clear;
Colour: Ruby;
Aroma: Fruity with notes of wood;
Flavour: Fruity harmoniously combined with wood. Smooth, balanced and persistent finish;

Food Pairing: Excellent to accompany red meat and well seasoned dishes. It should be served at 16º to 18ºC.
