D.O.C. do Tejo Rose 2019
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional and Syrah.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing, peculiar pre-fermentative maceration at about 20ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC.
Appearance: Bright clear;
Colour: Pale pink;
Aroma: Good intensity with a mix of tropical and red fruits and a vegetable touch;
Flavour: Fruity, soft, fresh and balanced with a pleasant and persistent finish;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany cold salads, pasta, white meat dishes, fish and seafood. It should be served at 10ºC.
