D.O.C. do Tejo White 2019
Grape Varieties: Fernão Pires and Arinto
Vinification: Destemming and crushing, peculiar pre-fermentative maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC.
Appearance: Clear bright;
Aroma: Tropical good intensity with notes of passion fruit and citrus fruits;
Flavour: Fruity, fresh and balanced with pleasant and persistent finish;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany white meat dishes, fish and seafood. It should be served at 10ºC.
