Bridão Alicante Bouschet
D.O.C. do Tejo Red 2017
Grape Varieties: 100% Alicante Bouschet.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Stage: 8 months in French, Portuguese and American Oak barrels and later stage of 9 months in bottle.
Aroma: Of good intensity with berries, blackberry, cherry, currant, cherry and also chocolate;
Flavour: Intense with fruit, round and sweet tannins with vanilla notes. Harmonious and persistent finish;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany intense flavoured dishes, especially meat. It should be served at 15ºC.
