VINIFICATION
Destemming and crushing, pelicular pre-fermentative maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC

TASTING NOTES
Colour/Appearance: Citrine - Clear bright
Aroma: Intense and complex, suggesting tropical fruits, citrus fruits and vegetable notes
Flavour: Intense, fresh and balanced with tropical fruits well present, with vegetable notes with good persistence and final harmony
Food Pairing: Great to accompany salads, pasta, fish dishes and white meats. It should be consumed at 10ºC
